Here’s an interesting idea…lock 50 people in a room for a weekend and see what kind of business they can come up with by Monday morning.
Sound like a sick entrepreneurial fantasy? Well, not so if you live in Boulder.
Startup Weekend (http://startupweekend.com/) took place this weekend – over 50 people showed up and what came of it? http://vosnap.com/ — although it hasn’t launched yet, here’s a brief description of the new business:
VoSnap is a social voting tool that reduces time wasted on decision-making, makes sure everyone in the group has a voice, and gives instant feedback on fun or serious decisions. Users can create a poll, send it to their friends to vote on, and receive the results via cell phone SMS text or e-mail.
